From training ground battles to national-stage competition, APU Women’s Soccer is a place where champions are made.

Being a part of Azusa Pacific Women’s Soccer is more than just competing on the field—it’s joining a family built on hard work, community, and support. Every player is pushed to grow as an athlete, student, and person, surrounded by teammates and coaches who genuinely care. Off the field, the team embarks on life-changing service trips, using soccer as a bridge to serve others and experience new cultures. But the impact extends far beyond the game. APU Women’s Soccer is committed to preparing players for life after college, equipping them with the leadership skills, faith foundation, and competitive mindset to make a lasting impact in their communities and beyond.

our history

We have a tradition of excellence, competition, and character, consistently striving for success at the national level. As a program, we have a history of competing in the NCAA Division II Women’s Soccer Tournament, including a return to postseason play in 2024, our first appearance since 2016. Before transitioning to NCAA Division II, we were a dominant force in the NAIA, winning two national championships in 1998 and 1999 and consistently competing for titles. Over the years, our teams have produced All-Americans, conference champions, and professional players, showcasing a culture built on hard work, faith, and an unrelenting desire to win.
